If you have it set to always run holding the key down makes you walk. Releasing it will make you run again. It does the opposite if you have the toggle I mentioned set to always walk. The last function is an autorun or autowalk, depending on what you have the first setting set at. If you can't sprint then you have the first setting I mentioned set to always walk. You either have to hit the toggle key to change it to always run or use the bypass so that it makes you run instead of walk.
