From the beginning management has been very supportive of my work and university balance with needing days of a week to complete my studies. Pros decent pay. Cons everything else, especially management attitude and style. Life in storeland is pretty good, in store team great to work with. Upper management, HR are not so good, they are getting worse with new hires and becoming top heavy.

They play favourites, they don't offer the support you need, they keep cutting store hours but the work load doesn't decrease. They are quick to lay blame.
