What if wii remote wont sync

The sync button is a darker shade of red than the console. Remove the battery cover on the back of the Wii Remote to be synced. While the lights are still blinking, quickly press and release the red SYNC button on the Wii console. When the Player LED blinking stops and stays lit, the syncing is complete. The LED that is illuminated indicates the player number 1 through 4.

This sync procedure must be followed for each additional Wii Remote added to the system. This will clear all the syncs on the Wii. Power down your Wii console by pressing the power button on the front of the console. Once the console has powered down, unplug it from the power source. Count to 20 and then plug the console back in.

Power up your Wii console by pressing the power button on the front of the console. Open up the flap on the front of the console and press the sync button once it reaches the "Health and Safety" screen.

Hold the button down while you count to 15 and then release the button. Replace the batteries in the remote. If the batteries are dead or dying, the remote will not sync. While the cover is off of the back of the remote, press the red button that is located near the battery compartment. After pressing this button, the blue lights on the remote should begin to blink.
