I'm in the same boat, we are on our 4, I got out of the hosp yesterday was monitored from or so pm. I found that out because last night I had to go to the E. Turns out I am just getting edema. But they also told me I was having contractions every mins. But since I didn't dilate to 2 in the 2 hrs they observed me, they sent me home. But everyone is different. So I wouldn't worry unless the doc says otherwise.
My mom was dialated to 3cm and didn't have my sister for 5 more weeks. I would say to try to take it easy--stay off your feet as much as possible, but don't freak out.
